This was such an amazing post! I really appreciate how you included resources—it makes everything even more insightful. I'm a huge procrastinator too... I always end up postponing tasks until the very last minute. Plus, social media distractions don’t help! 😅 But your explanation really resonated with me, especially the scientific breakdown of why the Pomodoro Technique works. Now that I understand the reasoning behind it, I’m going back to studying with Pomodoro! Thanks for the motivation!
